Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams

Required QualificationsMust-Haves

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field from an accredited college or university
• Active LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license/certification in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy
