Work with Kids! Behavior Technician (BT) / (RBT)– Part-Time

Location: Lemon Hill and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 5 PM
Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Interventionists and RBTs to join our team. You will work directly with clients — primarily children and adolescents — implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement ABA therapy programs as outlined in individualized treatment plans
• Collect and record accurate data during each session
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and family members
• Maintain professional, supportive relationships with clients and caregivers

REQUIREMENTS

• RBT certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities
• Must be available 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM at least 3 days per week
• Reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus
