  • Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, modify interventions, and ensure treatment efficacy.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support consistent implementation of strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and patient information.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment summaries, in accordance with clinical standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in behavioral therapy with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education practices, and behavioral health principles.
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other disabilities requiring behavioral intervention.
  • Skilled in data collection methods, patient assessment techniques, and diagnostic evaluation procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
