Our practice is proud to serve communities across Hawai‘i, providing accessible, high-quality mental health services for clients of all ages.

Kapolei Counseling Center is also an approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site, offering eligible clinicians up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP). This incredible opportunity allows mental and behavioral health providers to receive student loan assistance while earning a competitive salary—while making a meaningful impact in communities with limited access to care.

Licensed Clinical Therapist – Role & Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Therapist at Kapolei Counseling Center, you will:

✅ Conduct comprehensive client interviews and biopsychosocial assessments
✅ Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions
✅ Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy to a diverse client population (children through older adults)
✅ Review psychological assessments to support diagnosis and treatment planning
✅ Maintain an active clinical caseload through HIPAA-compliant telehealth and/or in-person sessions
✅ Participate in clinical supervision, peer consultation, and case reviews to ensure high-quality care

Our office is located in Kapolei, Hawai‘i, and we proudly serve clients statewide. Whether you prefer in-person sessions, telehealth, or a hybrid model, you’ll have the flexibility to support clients throughout the islands.

Requirements:

Candidates must hold a valid Hawai‘i license in one of the following:

• LMFT
• LCSW
• LMHC
• PhD / PsyD
• or other qualifying clinical license
