We’re Hiring for Two Roles

1. Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW / LGPC / LCPC / LCSW-C)

2. Clinical Supervisor (LCPC / LCSW-C — Maryland Board Approved)

You’re a seasoned clinician ready to step into something more. You’re passionate about developing the next generation of therapists and want a real hand in shaping the clinical identity of a growing practice. This role comes with its own caseload alongside supervision responsibilities — leadership with purpose and a full clinical presence.

What We’re Looking For

Licensure & Credentials

• Active Maryland license in good standing (LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or LCSW-C)
• Supervisors must hold Maryland Board approval for clinical supervision
• Minimum one year of post-graduate clinical experience

Clinically, You:

• Are skilled in psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment planning
• Complete EHR documentation within 48 hours — consistently
• Practice through a trauma-informed, culturally competent lens
• Can coordinate care with schools, courts, and medical providers when needed

Professionally, You:

• Communicate clearly — in writing and in conversation
• Work well independently while staying engaged with your team
• Bring high emotional intelligence and genuine self-awareness
• Are HIPAA compliant, carry professional liability insurance, and adhere to NASW or ACA ethics

A few standard requirements: background check (Maryland state and federal) required.

Scheduling

Fully flexible — you set your availability. Full-time clinicians typically carry 20–25+ sessions per week. Evening availability is a plus but never a requirement.
