Therapist (LCSW)

We are currently seeking a compassionate therapist that will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with addiction disorders and other mental health diseases. This position offers the perfect opportunity for an individual that is passionate about advocacy, public health and helping others overcome obstacles related to addiction disorders. We have multiple locations and options for in person and virtual assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Refer and coordinate patient care with Psych NP on site and counselors in drug treatment program.
• Talk with patients about their problems and provide guidance in a therapeutic manner using tools to help build self confidence, and self worth.
• Manage patient medical records and coordinate care.
• Help with conflict resolution among members in a drug treatment program.
• Counsel patients who have problems with mental health and/ or drug and alcohol addiction.
• Work as part of a treatment team​ and assist with navigating the healthcare system and accessing resources in the community.
• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
