Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is hiring a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our West Ashley, South Carolina ABA clinic. This role is designed for clinicians who want flexible part-time hours, strong clinical support, and meaningful autism treatment work in a structured clinic setting.

Compensation

  • $40–$60 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

This BCBA position focuses on delivering high-quality, ethical ABA therapy services for children with autism. You will work directly in the clinic setting providing assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and parent training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, and other tools)
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide parent training and caregiver support
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery

Schedule

  • Part-time position
  • Clinic-based in West Ashley, SC
  • Flexible scheduling options available within clinic needs
  • No nights or weekends required
