Experienced Home Health Care Community Liaison (Door-to-Door)

Are you a high-energy communicator who thrives on building face-to-face relationships? We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Professional to join our home health care agency. This isn’t a desk job you will be the "boots on the ground" across Bergen County, connecting directly with families, seniors, and community leaders to share how our services can change lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Outreach: Conduct door-to-door community marketing to identify and engage with potential clients and their families.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trust within local senior medical facilities, housing, senior centers, community hubs and referral sources..
• Lead Generation: Effectively communicate our agency’s value proposition to convert inquiries into active home care assessments.
• Territory Management: Map out and execute a daily route across Bergen County municipalities (e.g., Paramus, Hackensack, Ridgewood, Teaneck).

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in field marketing, door-to-door sales, or healthcare community outreach.
• Local Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Bergen County geography and its diverse community landscape.
• Communication Mastery: Ability to simplify complex healthcare information into empathetic, persuasive conversations.
• Self-Starter Mentality: High level of autonomy and the physical stamina required for consistent field-based activity.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel throughout the county.
