Stride Autism Centers is seeking a mission-driven Clinic Director (BCBA) to join our full-day, center-based ABA clinics. We are deeply committed to preparing preschool learners (ages 2-6) for kindergarten through intensive, evidence-based therapeutic models and an unwavering commitment to meaningful outcomes. The Responsibilities of the Role:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RBTs
• Drive clinic-wide clinical quality and learner outcomes
• Oversee caseload distribution and supervision standards
• Partner with Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic performance
• Build a culture rooted in accountability, growth, and collaboration
• Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development
• Represent Stride in the local community
