PRP Counselor

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine their specific needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide direct support and counseling to individuals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive change and growth
- Facilitate group therapeutic sessions to address common challenges and promote peer support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Utilize crisis management techniques when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of patients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling or a related field (Preferred)
- Proven experience working with children in a counseling or therapeutic setting
- Strong knowledge of mental health counseling principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
- Ability to handle crisis situations with calmness and professionalism
