Compensation: Hourly (based on license & experience)

Pay Range (Hourly)

• LMSW / LGPC: $31.50–$46/hour
• LCPC / LCSW-C: $45–$75/hour

(Higher rates available for experienced clinicians with strong documentation & productivity as well as pay for service fee)

• Outpatient Mental Health (OMHC)
• Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services (including 3.1 Residential)
• Withdrawal Management
• Coordinated care with PRP and community partners

We focus on quality care, strong team communication, and efficient systems so clinicians can focus on clients—not burnout.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions (45–60 mins)
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments (60 mins)
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Maintain timely, audit-compliant documentation (ICANotes)
• Collaborate with care team (admin, PRP, SUD staff)
• Participate in team meetings (as needed)

✅ Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or LCSW-C
• Experience with OMHC and/or SUD preferred
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms
• Medicaid/Carelon experience is a plus
