Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in program management and administrative tasks to support individuals with developmental disabilities, Seniors and Children with special needs. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our participants.

Skills:
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent administrative skills, including record keeping, data analysis, and report writing
- Experience helpful

- Strong supervisory skills to provide guidance and support to staff members
- Exceptional relationship management skills to build rapport with clients, families, and community partners

Duties:
- Develop and implement programs to meet the needs of individuals
- Coordinate and supervise service delivery to ensure quality and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service coordination
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Provide guidance and support to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
Qualifications:
- Experience helpful
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, families.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
