We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Hospice Community Liaison to join our growing team in Dallas. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare outreach, community engagement, and helping patients access quality end-of-life care with dignity and compassion.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, and healthcare providers
• Educate the community about hospice services and patient support programs
• Coordinate outreach initiatives and networking opportunities
• Serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, hospice, home health, or medical sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
• Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care
