We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Psychologist or Licensed Counselor to join our dynamic behavioral health team! Duties
- For Psychologists - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and psychological testing to inform diagnosis and treatment planning
- Counselors & Psychologists - Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapies.
- Deliver crisis intervention services to stabilize patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies
- Manage intake processes and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Facilitate telehealth sessions to expand access to mental health services across various settings including inpatient, outpatient, school-based programs, and community clinics
- Supervise clinical staff or interns as needed while ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Psychologist or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with appropriate state credentials
- Proven experience in child & family counseling and working with children and adolescents is highly desirable
- Strong background in crisis intervention, psychiatric assessment, and behavioral health treatment modalities
- Skilled in delivering psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy for PTSD, and working with individuals with neurodiversity.
- For Psychologists - Experience in psychological testing.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
