Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services to children and/or adults with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and behavioral challenges. This position involves direct client programming, supervision of RBTs, parent training support, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate client data
- Assist with assessments and treatment plan updates
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency of care
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Active BCaBA certification through the BACB
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if travel required)
