About the Role

Cleaning Pros of America is looking for an organized, high-energy Service Coordinator & Dispatcher to manage our growing service lines. You will be the "Command Center" for our field teams, ensuring that our crews are in the right place at the right time with the right instructions.

This role supports four major service divisions: Janitorial, Pressure Washing, Floor Care, and Post-Construction Cleaning.

What You’ll Do Daily

Master the Calendar: Coordinate and optimize daily schedules for multiple crews across all service lines.
Post-Construction Specialist: Work directly with Site Superintendents to schedule and confirm "Rough," "Final," and "Touch-up" cleans for projects
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for commercial customers to book jobs, confirm appointments, and provide real-time completion updates.
Route Optimization: Use scheduling software to minimize drive time between jobs in the Sarasota/Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch traffic.
Problem Solving: Pivot quickly when a crew member is out or weather delays a pressure washing job, keeping the client informed every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2+ years in dispatching or office coordination in Construction, Trade, or Restoration experience is highly preferred but not required.
Local Knowledge: You should have a good "feel" for the Sarasota/Manatee county area to help with efficient routing.
Communication: Clear, professional, and friendly phone and email etiquette.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, and GPS tracking.
