Professional Development & Clinical Support

Schedule Expectations

Approximately 30 hours per week, including:

  • 25 client-facing hours
  • And Admin Time:
  • Documentation
  • Treatment planning
  • Care coordination
  • Emails and communication

QualificationsRequired:

  • Associate-level license eligible to practice in Washington State, including:
  • LMHCA
  • LSWAIC
  • LMFTA
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for providing compassionate, client-centered care
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred:

  • Experience providing outpatient therapy services
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
  • Interest in long-term professional growth within a supportive group practice
