Hybrid Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Evolve Pro Therapeutic Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated licensed mental health counselor (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing counseling support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This fee-for-service position involves working with clients in an outpatient level of care. Qualified candidates will have a client-focused, positive approach towards care, and self-motivation to work independently. This is a W2 employment opportunity.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Possess a Master's Degree in the field of counseling, family therapy, mental health, social work, psychology, etc.
• Active license in the state of Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• Availability for at least 8 hours per week, split between a minimum of 2 days
• Must offer some in person availability for a portion of the weekly hours.
• Clinical experience with individuals, couples and/or families.
• Clinical experience with trauma-informed care is required.
• Ability to consistently complete and maintain clinical documentation and scheduling follow up sessions with clients
• Experience with telehealth modality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and implement treatment plans
• Knowledge of ethical standards and confidentiality laws

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $60.00 per hour
