Role Overview

As a Senior Hybrid BCBA, you'll serve as an advanced clinical leader supporting children and families across school, home, and community environments. You will provide high-level clinical oversight, mentor developing clinicians, and ensure consistency and quality across service settings.

This role is ideal for experienced BCBAs who enjoy variety, systems-level thinking, and mentorship-while remaining hands-on and clinically engaged.

What You'll Do
  • Lead complex Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) across school, home, and community settings
  • Develop comprehensive, contextually relevant Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide clinical oversight across educational, home-based, and community-based programs
  • Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, ACSs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with school teams (teachers, special educators, related service providers)
  • Coach clinicians on data analysis, treatment fidelity, and ethical decision-making
  • Partner with families to support caregiver training and skill generalization
  • Support community-based programming (e.g., social skills, adaptive functioning, public access)
  • Monitor outcomes and guide program adjustments to ensure meaningful progress across environments
  • Participate in IEP-related collaboration, case reviews, and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Support supervision and mentorship for clinicians accruing BCBA hours

How Success Is Measured

Success in this role is defined by:
  • High-quality, ethical, and consistent clinical care across all environments
  • Strong collaboration with school teams, families, and interdisciplinary providers
  • Effective mentorship and development of clinical staff
  • Data-driven decision-making and generalization of skills across settings
  • Professional leadership, reliability, and follow-through

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Active state licensure (e.g., LABA), where applicable
  • Minimum of 4+ years of ABA experience, including school-based consultation and supervision
  • Experience across school, home, and/or community-based service delivery
  • Strong clinical judgment, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Experience collaborating within educational systems (IEPs, multidisciplinary teams) preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally

  • Elevate experienced clinicians without forcing them into full administration
  • Integrate school, home, and community services for meaningful, real-world outcomes
  • Balance flexibility with structure and accountability
  • Invest in mentorship, training, and ethical practice
  • Support long-term, sustainable clinical careers
