Business Development Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in business development, sales, and client acquisition.

Through hands-on training and  mentorship, trainees gain experience in customer engagement, brand representation, and growth strategy execution, with a clear pathway into leadership and management roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute in-person fundraising and outreach campaigns

• Represent our nonprofit partners with professionalism and strong communication

• Educate community members about our non-profit partners 

• Build relationships with community members and maintain a positive brand experience

• Track daily interactions, performance metrics, and campaign results

• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals

• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and business development
