Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst/ BCBA

Summary: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical oversight, behavioral assessment, and staff training within our Pillar Care Continuum Elementary and High School. The BCBA will design and monitor individualized behavior support plans, provide consultation to the Behavior Specialists, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote skill development, independence, and quality of life for individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior support plans (BSPs).
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and data-driven adjustments to BSPs and skill acquisition programs.
  • Train, coach, and support residential staff in the implementation of behavior support strategies and positive behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, families, and external providers to ensure consistent support across settings.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicaid waiver requirements, and organizational policies regarding behavior support services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and treatment updates.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and staff trainings as needed.
  • Uphold ethical standards and practices as defined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and organizational values.


Qualifications
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential or community-based settings strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to train and coach staff with varied experience levels.
  • Knowledge of positive behavioral supports, trauma-informed care, and person-centered planning.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong documentation and accountability practices.


Salary : $ 95,000 to 100,000 annually

Pillar Care takes into consideration a combination of candidate's work

experience and qualification as well as the scope of the role,

complexity and external market and internal market value when

determining salary level.
