About the Role:
A Branch Above at The Speech Tree is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA Preschool Program, Little Branches, at our Morganville center. Location:
Morganville Center – ABA Preschool Program (Little Branches)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years working with children with ASD preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available weekdays during daytime hours.
- Work Environment: Able to provide therapy in a center-based preschool setting.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation required.
- Commitment: Flexible, team-oriented, and eager to grow within the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support within a structured ABA preschool classroom.
- Support communication, social, play, and school readiness skills.
- Collect accurate data on client progress and report to the supervising BCBA.
- Participate in team meetings, training workshops, and professional development.
- Maintain detailed session notes and billing documentation.
- Foster a safe, positive, fun, and engaging learning environment.
