Our organization is looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.(TOP PRIORITY)
• Develop and maintain client records including all client interactions.
• Coordinate and handle both hospital and boarding schedules.
• Provide customer service support to clients.
• Assist with the development of marketing materials and campaigns..
• Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty.
• Must be reliable and on-time for shifts.
• Compassionate and empathetic in all situations.
• Ability to provide basic veterinary knowledge, including veterinary procedures using veterinary terminology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
