Join our team at Valcor ABA, a leading provider of evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with our BCBA team to drive meaningful progress. With a competitive hourly rate of $18-$25, supportive BCBA supervision, and opportunities to grow your ABA career, we're looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our mission-driven team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Behavior Analysis Support Plans (BASP) as designed by supervising BCBAs
- Collect accurate session data and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with your BCBA and team to make meaningful program updates
- Develop and prepare session materials as needed
- Participate in supervision and team meetings
- Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality at all times
- Meet scheduled billable hour requirements
Requirements:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children with autism
- Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect data accurately
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations
- Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, or weekends as needed
