In this full-time role, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care to students in a supportive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students throughout the school year.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Monitor and document student progress and behaviors.
• Assist in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Current RBT certification.
• Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting.

Schedule

• Full-time position, Monday - Friday.
• Day work hours.
