Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote – Maryland Licensed Only)

Location: Fully Remote (Must hold active Maryland license)
Schedule: Full-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability is a plus!

We're growing our Maryland team and seeking dedicated full-time licensed therapists ready to build a long-term career while making a lasting impact.

Compensation

  • $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)
  • $45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision; limited openings available)
  • Target caseload: 25–36 sessions per week

What You'll Do

Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
  • Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
  • Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and peer clinicians
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
  • Support families with education and care coordination

✅ Qualifications

Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
