Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered K–12 School Psychologist to join our educational team. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting students’ academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success and thrives in a collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Participate in eligibility determinations and IEP development in compliance with IDEA and Nevada regulations
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families
- Support the implementation of MTSS/RTI frameworks and behavior intervention plans
- Deliver counseling services as appropriate, including individual and small-group support
- Assist with crisis intervention, threat assessments, and safety planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Valid School Psychologist license in the State of Nevada (required)
- Master’s degree, Ed.S., or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Strong knowledge of special education law and best practices
- Experience working with diverse student populations (K–12)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $90,000–$100,000, based on experience
