In this role, you will provide hands-on support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills. Your work directly impacts progress, independence, and quality of life.
We provide paid training so you feel confident and prepared from day one.
Pay Structure
- RBT Certified: Starting at $25/hour
- Bachelor’s Degree: Starting at $24/hour
- High School Diploma (No Certification): Starting at $20/hour
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to promote skill development and reduce problematic behaviors
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe, positive, and encouraging environment
- Assist with patient assessments, intake procedures, and diagnostic evaluations to help develop tailored treatment strategies
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior logs, and treatment records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training on behavioral health topics, medical terminology, and best practices for working with individuals with disabilities
