Full-Time Part-Time Supervision

We are a small, BCBA-owned ABA center built on compassion, collaboration, and clinical integrity. We prioritize individualized treatment and meaningful relationships with the children, families, and team members we serve. Services are provided in our beautiful 6,000 sq. foot therapeutic center in downtown Fredericksburg, VA. Every aspect of our program —from daily routines to physical space—is intentionally structured to promote engagement, independence, and generalization of skills.

As a close-knit center, we value open communication, mentorship, and creativity. Our BCBAs are all actively involved in care, accessible to staff, and committed to ongoing learning and growth. All of our supervision is hands on and provided in-person by our on-site BCBAs. We focus on evidence-based practices while honoring each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.

If you’re looking for a supportive environment and a team who values quality ABA services, we’d love to meet you.
