Healthcare Recruiters International is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LCPC) for an established PHP/IOP program in Portland, Maine.

This role is ideal for clinicians who want structured work, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to work with higher-acuity clients without inpatient demands.

Quick Highlights

  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • One late day per week (1:00 PM–9:00 PM)
  • No late Fridays
  • 8:00 AM–4:00 PM standard hours
  • 4 groups + ~12 individual clients
  • Adult population (18+)
  • Adolescent track launching soon

Compensation

  • $76,000–$80,000 for fully licensed clinicians
  • $70,000 for conditionally licensed

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate group therapy (PHP/IOP)
  • Provide individual therapy (~12 clients)
  • Work with high-acuity mental health (SMI, suicidality)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For

  • LCSW or LCPC (required)
  • Open to conditionally licensed candidates
  • Comfortable working with higher-acuity clients
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Nice to Have

  • PHP or IOP experience
  • Crisis or acute care experience
