Job Summary

A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to clients in South Dakota. This role is focused on helping clients work through relational, emotional, and family-based concerns in a structured virtual care setting. You will provide therapy, complete documentation, and guide clients through treatment plans that support healthier communication, coping skills, and day-to-day functioning.
• Location: South Dakota
• Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Evaluate client needs and create treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Provide support for marital concerns, family dynamics, parenting stress, trauma, anxiety, and adjustment issues
• Keep client records current, accurate, and compliant
• Use approved telehealth tools for all virtual appointments
• Review treatment progress and update care plans when needed
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold licensing requirements

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active LMFT license in South Dakota
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Comfortable providing care through a remote telehealth platform
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
