Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral intervention programs and support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this role, you will develop and implement evidence-based behavior plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on behavioral therapy techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in intake processes, patient care planning, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to optimize treatment outcomes.
Experience
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential.
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy strategies, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards.
- Experience working within special education or behavioral health settings is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and conduct intake assessments effectively.

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour
