Our model allows psychiatrists to practice thoughtful, evidence-based medicine with significantly reduced administrative burden and more meaningful patient relationships.

Position: Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Flexible schedule
• Hybrid in-person and telepsychiatry options
• Part-time
• Immediate referral base available

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Active Maryland medical license (or eligible)
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience preferred
• Strong psychotherapy and psychopharmacology skills
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
• Comfortable working in a private self-pay environment
