As a Caregiver at Lakeside Generation Assisted Living, you will help maintain the highest standards in delivering nursing services to our residents. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. We are seeking individuals who are team players and are also comfortable working independently. 

Position Type: Part-Time, working a varying schedule including rotational weekends and holidays

Shift Available:
Nights 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM

Shift Differential
Nights $2.00

Wage Range: $17.50 - $23.55 /hour depending on experience


Location: 439 William Avenue East, Dassel MN 55325

 
Caregiver responsibilities: 
  • Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
  • Wash resident clothing, make beds, and clean the general environment.
  • Document services performed on computerized charting system.
  • Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures.
  • Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
  • Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, active or passive range of motion.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Caregiver Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Personal Care Attendant, or CNA preferred. We'll train you!
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Standing and walking most of the time.
