Make a meaningful impact as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Provide counseling and casework services in an outpatient chemical dependency clinic treating opiate-addicted patients. Deliver comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans per state OTP regulations, provide individual counseling, crisis intervention, patient advocacy, coordination with medical and community resources, and timely documentation of services.Minimum QualificationsMaster’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited educational program.Current NC licensure as an LCAS is required. Candidates must be licensed or actively in the process of obtaining required state certification/licensure as specified for North Carolina.Experience working with an opiate-addicted population is required.Skilled in conducting comprehensive assessments, using ASI criteria for patient placement, developing and implementing treatment plans, service coordination, and crisis intervention.Ability to prepare and maintain accurate patient files and timely documentation in compliance with program and regulatory standards.Experience coordinating care with medical professionals and community agencies, and using urine drug testing results to monitor treatment progress.Skills checklist documentation and two supervisory reference forms required by the client (preferred to be submitted with application).Current certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Outpatient.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: 40 Hour Guarantee.Weekend Requirement: Every other Saturday (6:15 AM - 8:30 AM).Assignment Duration: 13 week travel assignment.Responsibilities include in-person presence at the clinic during working hours and travel as necessary.
