Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through a flexible, part-time virtual opportunity. This contract role offers the chance to provide supervision-only services, supporting school teams as they implement evidence-based behavioral interventions. You’ll work remotely, collaborating and mentoring educators while maintaining a manageable workload of just 2 hours per week (8 hours per month).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert virtual BCBA supervision to school staff, focusing on best practices in behavioral support and ABA
- Review data, offer professional feedback, and model effective intervention strategies remotely
- Maintain organized session notes and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes
- Remain available for potential extended responsibilities through the remainder of the school year and ESY (Extended School Year), based on need
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Must hold active RI LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license
- Prior supervision experience in educational or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with school systems, IEP processes, and the unique needs of student populations
- Strong communication, organization, and virtual collaboration skills
