We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support families throughout Palm Bay, including Northwest Palm Bay, Lockmar, Port Malabar, and nearby surrounding communities. This position is a strong opportunity for a BCBA who wants excellent hourly compensation, flexible scheduling, steady case growth, and dependable clinical and administrative support.

>> Clients You’ll Support

You will provide services to children who benefit from support with communication, social engagement, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and behavior reduction strategies that help improve routines at home and in the community.

>> Main Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and help maintain consistent implementation across assigned cases
• Complete behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with caregivers to support skill building, routines, and progress outside of sessions
• Review clinical data and update goals or strategies based on client needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow strong professional standards
