Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for clients, particularly those on the autism spectrum. The BCBA will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each individual.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff, families, and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and support.
Skills
- Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation.
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and diagnostic evaluation processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $82,773.72 - $99,684.48 per year
