The Job:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives by providing 1:1 care to one of our clients working on skill areas such as communication, social skills, play skills, attending skills, and helping reduce maladaptive behavior. Responsibilities:

• Work with children through teens for at least 15 hours a week, up to 30 hours per week.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and provide support to individuals based on their specific needs.
• Utilize strategies to teach new skills and promote positive behavior.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to therapy.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check.
• High School Diploma or GED required, and be at least 18 years of age.
• Playful and passionate about children's growth and learning.
• Patient and eager to learn a new skill.
• Interest in education, psychology, or other social sciences.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible in a sometimes fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21-$24 per hour
