Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work part-time with our team. As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $75-$85/hour

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Charlotte, NC

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
