Full Time SUD/Mental Health Outpatient Counselor (LSW/LCSW)

Twin Rivers recovery, also known as, C-Line Community Outreach Services is a compassionate and client-centered treatment facility dedicated to providing high-quality substance abuse and mental health counseling services. We serve individuals and families navigating recovery and emotional wellness by offering a range of outpatient and supportive services. Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Full-Time Counselor to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will hold active credentials as a LSW, or LCSW and possess a passion for working with individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client recovery goals
• Provide psychoeducation, relapse prevention strategies, and case management support as needed
• Maintain ethical and professional standards aligned with state licensing boards and agency policies

Qualifications:

• Active and in good standing: LSW, or LCSW
• Experience in substance abuse and/or mental health counseling preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in documentation and use of electronic health records (EHR)

Preferred:

• Experience working in a healthcare, behavioral health, or substance use treatment setting
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
