Clinic Behavior Technician

Our Behavior Technicians work side-by-side not only with BCBAs, but also with Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to support the whole child. What You’ll Be Doing

• Work 1:1 with children and teens using ABA-based strategies
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Track progress and take data during sessions (we’ll train you!)
• Help kids build communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with your ABA team and partner with OT, PT, and Speech to create a well-rounded therapy experience
• Be part of team discussions and contribute to shared goals across disciplines

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, team-oriented mindset—you enjoy working with others
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Patient, reliable, and motivated to make a difference
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured plans
• Experience in ABA, education, therapy, or childcare is a plus—but not required
