About the Role

Ever Care Therapeutic Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate LPCs and LCSWs to provide outpatient counseling services for children (ages 3–17) and their families. This role is in partnership with The Center for Health Care Services, where clinicians will be stationed onsite and work within a multidisciplinary behavioral health environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about working with youth and families while gaining consistent caseloads in a structured clinical setting.

Position Details

· Type: Contract (1099)

· Compensation: $50 per hour

· Schedule: Minimum caseload of 20 clients (with opportunity to grow)

· Payment Terms: Monthly payments

· Work Setting: On-site at The Center facility

· Population Served: Children (3–17) and their parents/guardians

Key Responsibilities

· Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to children and adolescents

· Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care in alignment with treatment plans

· Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized recovery plans

· Document all services in the Center’s electronic medical record (EMR) system within required timelines

· Collaborate with care managers, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders

· Support clients and families in accessing community-based resources

· Participate in required trainings, supervision, and quality assurance activities

Requirements

· Active Texas license: LPC, LCSW or LMFT (no associates)

· Experience working with children, adolescents, and families

· CANS Certification (required)

· Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

· Must pass required background checks

· Maintain required professional liability insurance per contract standards
