Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs
• Deliver parent training and collaborate with families
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain documentation in compliance with payer requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

• Current BCBA certification
• Ability to obtain Arizona licensure (support provided)

Preferred:

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and parent training
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel to Northern Arizona quarterly for team connection

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $75,000 per year, depending on experience
