We are a growing organization with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commitment to high-quality client care.Our Intake and Admissions team plays a critical role in welcoming new clients into our programs, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant entry into services across our locations.This RoleThe Full-Time Intake Counselor is a core member of the Intake and Admissions team, responsible for managing client intakes, coordinating admissions, and supporting the overall intake workflow across programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance in the admissions process while maintaining a high level of client care and communication.This is a full-time position with consistent scheduling and a central role in supporting program access and flow.Job Type & ScheduleStatus: Full-Time, ExemptSchedule: Monday–FridayLocation: St. Louis ParkCompensation & BenefitsSalary Structure (based on licensure status):Former Student (no ADC-T or LADC yet but in the works): $58,000 annuallyADC-T Licensed: $60,000 annuallyLADC Licensed: $62,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience and licensure)Compensation adjustments will be made upon verification of licensure.Full-Time Benefits Include:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) based on tenurePaid holidaysEarned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) in accordance with MN lawEligibility to participate in the company 401(k) planOption to enroll in voluntary supplemental insurance through AFLACPrimary DutiesComplete client intake assessments and admissions documentationCoordinate intake scheduling and communicate admission status to clinical teamsEnsure clients are safely and appropriately transitioned into servicesMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant intake documentationCommunicate with referral sources, families, and internal staff as neededManage intake workflow and support coverage needs across programsEnsure compliance with MN Statutes 245G and applicable licensure requirementsFollow all Fellowship Recovery policies, training plans, and compliance proceduresExperience & RequirementsADC-T required within 90 days of starting in the role, if not currently licensedBackground or experience in substance use disorder or mental health services preferredStrong communication, organization, and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detailProfessional judgment, reliability, and a client-centered approachAbility to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary teamPlease note this job description is not a comprehensive list of job duties, activities, tasks and responsibilities.
