Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA services to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to support client goals

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

• RBT certification OR took an RBT course OR has experience in the ABA field for at least one year

• Ability to work flexible schedule

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
