Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
