ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician

Behavior Solutions is seeking experienced ABA professionals to join our collaborative, mission-driven team as an RBT / ABA Implementer in our exceptional center-based preschool program serving children with autism.

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, center-based preschool program
• Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m.–3:45 p.m.
• St. Charles, MO

Job Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs with 1:1 instruction
• Run programs using evidence-based strategies including DTT, NET, and behavior reduction procedures
• Collect accurate data and document client progress during sessions
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
• Participate in monthly team meetings and ongoing training
• Maintain program materials and update client program books
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Complete session documentation and time sheets accurately

Required & Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Openness to feedback and commitment to professional growth

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience with DTT and/or early intervention
• Some college coursework or bachelor’s degree
• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
