Job Summary

Developmental Journeys ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This position involves working 1:1 with clients in home, clinic, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

Family-Centered Care Model

We utilize a family-centered ABA approach, meaning caregivers are actively involved in sessions and treatment planning. Team members will collaborate with caregivers through modeling, coaching, and ongoing communication to promote skill generalization and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services
  • Collect and record data on client progress
  • Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors
  • Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Preferred but will train the right candidate
  • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Comfortable working in a caregiver-involved, family-centered service model

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • After school hours available

Work Setting

  • In-home services

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
