Clinical Director - Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises BCBAs, RBTs, and BHT-ABA (if applicable) as needed based on IBHS and BACB regulations.
- Review, supervise, and give feedback on all clinical programs, behavior intervention plans, assessments, reassessments and BCBA session notes for clinical content and appropriateness.
- Coach and mentor BCBAs, BHT-ABA’s and RBTs, in accordance with VBHS company policies, standards, and IBHS.
- As a senior BCBA, the clinical director will promote leadership as well as positive and appropriate interactions with clients and their families.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, IBHS, federal state, and local regulations.
- Provides training to Vision Behavioral Health Services clinical staff, outside agencies and parents as needed.
- Interviewing and approving prospects/candidates’ credentials and recommending them for employment.
- Clinical oversight of behavioral health services. Clinical records review and quarterly documentation.
- Review all ITPs and sign off on them.
- Supervising staff toward BCBA exams
All other delineated services as agreed upon.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in applied behavior analysis
- Must be Board Certified and licensed in the State of Pennsylvania
- At least 1 (one) year of experience involving functional behavior assessments of individuals under twenty‐one (21) years of age, including the development and implementation of behavioral supports or treatment plans.
- Obtain clearances & meet all state requirements for Pennsylvania (FBI fingerprints, PA State background, child abuse, mandated reporter, CPR/First Aid).
Salary & Benefits: (Please note this is an hourly position): $50 per hour based on accurate credentials and education
